ProMatDX Roundup: StayLinked Partnership, Product Demos, and a Virtual Cocktail Party!

Last Friday we wrapped up our first virtual ProMatDX, the material handling industry’s largest trade show event for supply chain innovators, materials handlers, distributors, and more. We announced a new partnership, demoed Rufus WorkHero to prospective partners and customers, and had some fun along the way. Read on to get the full recap:

  1. We kicked off the show announcing our partnership with StayLinked! Rufus Labs mobile devices will now be supported by StayLinked's SmartTE software. StayLinked's SmartTE provides touchscreen devices, like the Rufus Cuff Pro, with terminal emulation by transforming "green screen" application screens into graphical screens with no changes to the underlying enterprise applications. This integration allows for:

  • Existing "green screen" applications to be transformed to look and act like native applications on the Rufus Cuff Pro

  • Traditional terminal emulation with web-based applications

  • The elimination of drop sessions between the mobile device and host application

Several trade media covered the partnership including Modern Materials Handling, Supply Chain Brain, and Business insider.

2. All week long our team was showing off Rufus WorkHero to new prospective clients and networking with industry innovators, if you missed our demo check it out here:

3. We also had some fun after the trade show ended with our partners, current clients, and members of Team Rufus during our ProMatDX virtual happy hour featuring a live bartender! The virtual drinks were a blast and it was great to see everyone. Look out for another Rufus cocktail party in the future!
