1. SPONSOR:
The "Rufus WorkHero Universe ProMat Giveaway Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Rufus Labs, Inc. ("Sponsor"), located at 925 N La Brea Ave, 4th Floor, Los Angeles, CA. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with ProMat 2025, its affiliates, or social media platforms.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins on March 17, 2025, at 12:00 AM CST and ends on March 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.

3. ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

4. HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, participants must visit the Rufus Labs booth at ProMat 2025 and submit an entry form at getrufus.com/whugiveaway during the Entry Period. One entry per person is allowed. Automated or multiple entries by the same individual will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE DRAWING & WINNER SELECTION:
Four (4) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the conclusion of the trade show. The drawing will take place on or about March 22, 2025. Winners will be notified via the email address provided on their entry form by March 27, 2025.

6. PRIZES: Each winner will receive one (1) of the following prizes at random. All gift cards will be sent electronically via email. Once a prize has been awarded, it is no longer available for selection:

  • One (1) $400 Visa™ Gift Card

  • One (1) $300 Amex™ Gift Card

  • One (1) $300 RAM MOUNTS™ Gift Card (rugged mounts for mobile devices)

  • One (1) $300 HUNGRYROOT™ Meal Delivery Gift Card

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Each winner will receive a prize, the details of which will be disclosed at the time of winner notification. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING PRIZE:
Winners will be notified via email. If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of the notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE:
By participating, entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their names, likenesses, and submissions for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in fraudulent or misleading conduct. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical errors that may impact participation.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance and use of any prize.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. PRIVACY:
Any personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at [Sponsor’s Privacy Policy URL].

13. WINNERS LIST:
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Rufus Labs, Inc., 925 N La Brea Ave, 4th Floor, Los Angeles, CA, with a request for the "Rufus WorkHero Universe ProMat Giveaway Sweepstakes Winners List" by April 15, 2025.
