Now you can view team labor metrics and device information in more meaningful ways and make smarter decisions for your warehouse operations. See how many workers are active on the warehouse floor, Rufus device utilization, scanning velocity, and even how your team allocates their time on scan and non-scan tasks (direct and indirect tasks).

Already have your own integrated company dashboard or want to collect, parse, and use your WorkHero data how you want? No problem. Our new public APIs let Rufus customers integrate every millisecond of WorkHero data into other business intelligence, ERP, WMS, or labor management systems.

In addition to all the great new features you'll see when you log into your WorkHero dashboard, we've implemented new technical enhancements to our software stack including advanced security monitoring and strengthening of our infrastructure against malicious intrusions. We have also established separate, redundant, global instances of WorkHero, greatly reducing the risk of service interruption if one region experiences an outage. Together, these new security and availability features make WorkHero even more robust and reliable than ever before.
