Rufus WorkHero 6.0 is live! Tasks, Heat Maps, Intent Mode, New Android UI 🚀

We're excited to announce the all new WorkHero 6! This latest evolution brings new WorkHero and WorkHero Pro features, including Tasks, Redesigned Android UI, Heat Maps, Intent Mode, Goal Based Notifications, and more. WorkHero 6 will be rolling out this weekend to all customers during our scheduled down time on Jan 20 from 6-9pm PT.

Tasks

This all new WorkHero feature works on web and can be accessed at stations across the warehouse. Now you can monitor and track all timed tasks like loading, unloading, breakdown, and more. This allows 3PLs to properly bill customers for time spent, track labor tasks across the warehouse, and properly allocate resources.

Heat Maps

View important data in all new ways. Heat Maps allows you to easily see things like which aisles are busiest (and at what times), as well as which products are the most popular over time, allowing warehouse operations teams to reconfigure and move goods around the warehouse for more efficient pick operations.

New Android UI & Goal Based Notifications for Workers

This complete UI overhaul gives pickers and warehouse associates insight into their current metrics and goals with easy to read "speedometers." Associates on the warehouse floor can now be notified when they hit goals like Scans/Hr, Total scans and other relevant KPIs, motivating and empowering workers. 

Intent Mode

If your WMS/ERP requires intent based scanning, this is now all easily set and customized in WorkHero web dashboard in your device hub. HID and Lightning Scan (SPP) mode are still supported in addition to this new method for sending scan data.
