August Software Update: Find My Rufus, Device Labels, and More!

How is it August already?! We hope you're enjoying summer and staying safe.
Our engineering team has been hustling this past month on our newest updates, and we are super excited to share them with you. Here are just a few highlights:

Find My Rufus

No more playing hide + seek with lost devices! Our "Find Rufus!" feature lets you locate lost devices with built-in GPS on the RC Pro and RADD Tab. You will know who is/was logged in and exactly where your Rufus devices are.

Device Labels

PRO TIP: Many of our customers label RC Pro, RADD Tab, and Scan2/Scan2 Pro devices and keep them pre-paired to save time each day. To do this our customers use stickers to label devices 1,1; 2,2; 3,3; etc.

With our newest "Device Labels" feature, you can "name" your devices in your MDM admin dashboard to match. So, if you have a device with a critical issue, you'll know immediately that it is the RC Pro 22 (versus RC Pro serial ABC1236505), making it even easier to troubleshoot.

Add Company Logo

Customize your WorkHero Dashboard with your company logo. Displaying metrics on a large screen for your team to see never looked so good! Just click your company name in the red header bar to edit.

These features, and more, are live for new & existing customers today! Make sure your RC Pro and RADD Tab devices are updated to the latest version of Rufus WorkHero Android software. If you have auto updates turned on - you're already there!
