About the job:
As one of our PaaS (Platform as a Service) Enterprise Sales Representatives, you will be tasked with business development and sales execution for Rufus WorkHero technology. The successful candidate will be an instrumental part of growing revenue and customer base.
Your focus (and primary performance indicators) are new customer acquisition, revenue, and growth of our WorkHero user base. This is a fully remote position requiring 30% travel.
Skills You’ll Need:
Experience with presenting a business/solution in-person, or online, to leadership-level employees
2+ years technology sales experience (in either hardware, software, SaaS and/or cloud)
Proven track record with multi-stake holder enterprise sales
A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas
A positive and open minded attitude
A strong desire to be successful without sacrificing your values
A builders mentality who thrives in collaborative environments
An ability to operate within the gray and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity
Startup experience preferred
Technical background a plus

Prospect New Business: Through individual efforts and managing a pipeline of inbound leads/calls.
Meet & Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently surpass monthly sales expectations.
Professional Development: Continuously seek new ways to grow and develop both professionally and personally.
Revenue Growth: Increase revenue and market share.
Pipeline Management: Own and manage the sales pipeline to bring on new customers.
Business Development: Identify and close new business opportunities.
Customer Meetings: Conduct face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals.
Product Demos: Run product demonstrations to close deals at or above quota levels.
Client Engagement: Uncover and connect with ideal clients through self-prospecting and collaboration with our SDR team.
Value Proposition: Create value-added solutions and demonstrate our capabilities through remote and in-person meetings.
Flexible Sales Process: Execute a non-scripted sales process that allows for individual freedom and creativity to leverage personal strengths.
